Improved lava lamp effect for jQuery and Mootools
The lava lamp effect was an excellent technique to turn the navigation to a flash like animation. LavaLamp allows you to add nifty background hover effects to HTML lists in combination with the Easing library.
It is available for bot jQuery and Mootools

Can you use more than one instance of this on the same page? I want to use this multiple times with different menu systems because the effect is so nice, but it only seems to work on the 1st instance when I drop in a cloned list 2 or 3 times. Thanks for sharing this great script!
Never mind…I just realized that I need to add a custom ID each time into the embedded script. Works like a charm.
